To buy an appliance to make hard-boiled eggs made me feel a little lazy on my part; however, I am so pleased with it that I have bought 4 as gifts and recommended it to everyone. If you want deviled eggs “now”, you put your eggs in the cooker. While the eggs cook, you mix the other ingredients. When you are done with that – so are the eggs. The eggs peel easily – you chop them, mix in the other ingredients, and fill the eggs – ALL in less than 15 minutes – start to finish. Makes soft boiled eggs like my mom used to … a feat I never could master. I use it so much that I just keep it right out on the counter.

I have a bad habit of undercooking eggs, so this nifty little appliance has been great for me! Easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and just in general is a great small appliance to have in your kitchen.
